Bobby has spent his career in the storage industry building global alliances, defining sales strategy and establishing brand name recognition for market leading products. As one of the company’s founders, Bobby draws from his significant years of executive leadership at Smart Storage and OTG, where his leadership in sales resulted in successful exits for each company.

Gary J. Lafreniere

Executive Vice President

Gary oversees all corporate operations, as well as manages worldwide customer support and services. With almost two decades of experience in the storage business, Gary has successfully developed and implemented corporate processes for many emerging technology companies.

Adam D. Marcionek

Chief Architect

Adam is responsible for the development and strategic technical direction of the StorFirst product lines.  Adam has been a visionary in the industry for the last 10 years and has been instrumental in defining the key technologies needed to push the capabilities of highly scalable and adaptable file systems.

F. William Caple

Chairman of the Board

Bill Caple, a 15-year storage industry veteran, is the Chairman of Seven10 Storage Software.  For the past seven years, Bill has been a Managing Director of Corstone Capital, an international merchant bank focused on technology investment opportunities primarily in the U.S. and Asia.  Prior to Corstone, Bill served as the COO/Executive Vice President of OTG Software (formerly NASDAQ: OTGS) and was a member of OTG’s Board of Directors.  Bill aided the company through venture capital funding and two successful public offerings, leading to the company’s eventual acquisition.  During Bill’s tenure at OTG, revenues grew from $5 – $85 million and the number of employees increased from 20-550.  Prior to his entry into the data storage industry, Bill enjoyed a 10-year career as a corporate attorney, working for high-profile law firms in Washington D.C.  He recently established Caple Software Solutions, a software distribution company, and he currently serves as Director of MedAppz, an electronic health records software company.
